Welcome to MTG Collect ("we", "our", or "us"). MTG Collect is an unofficial companion, deck builder, and collection manager application for Magic: The Gathering players. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled transparently and securely.
2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
- User Account Data: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Email Authentication, we collect and store your email address, display name, and unique Firebase User ID (UID). This information is used strictly to authenticate you and sync your card collection across devices.
- Card Collection & Deck Data: Card inventories, binders, decks, wishlists, and trade history are synchronized to your personal Firebase Cloud Firestore database and stored locally on your device in SQLite.
- Camera Access & Image Processing: MTG Collect requests camera permissions solely for real-time Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of Magic card titles and set codes using on-device Google ML Kit. No camera frames, photos, or videos are ever uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any server. All scanning runs 100% locally on your phone.
- Crash & Performance Data: Anonymized technical logs may be used to identify software errors and improve stability.
3. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers that comply with strict data protection standards:
- Google Firebase: Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and cloud hosting infrastructure. Firebase Privacy Policy

4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your information:
- All network communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
- Granular Firebase Firestore security rules ensure that only authenticated account owners can read or write their own personal collection data.
- Optional biometric lock (fingerprint / face unlock) on device to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Account & Data Deletion Rights
You have full control over your personal data under GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play policies. You can permanently delete your account and all associated collection data at any time.

A MTG Collect alkalmazás elkötelezett a felhasználók személyes adatainak védelme iránt. Jelen tájékoztató részletesen bemutatja az adatkezelés módját és céljait.
1. Kezelt Adatok Köre
- Fiókadatok: Google fiókos bejelentkezés esetén email cím, megjelenített név és egyedi felhasználói azonosító (UID) a felhőszinkronizációhoz.
- Gyűjtemény és Paklik: Kártyakészlet, mappák, kívánságlisták és cserenaplók a biztonságos Firebase Firestore adatbázisban.
- Kamera használat: Kizárólag a kártyák valós idejű felismerésére (OCR szövegolvasás Google ML Kit segítségével). Semmilyen kép vagy videó nem kerül mentésre vagy szerverekre feltöltésre. A feldolgozás 100%-ban helyben történik.
2. Fiók- és Adattörlés
A felhasználónak bármikor joga van a fiókja és az összes kapcsolódó adatának végleges törlését kérni. Ezt megteheti az alkalmazáson belül a Beállításokban, vagy a dedikált törlési felületünkön:
