Account and Data Deletion Policy (English)
At MTG Collect, we respect your right to control your personal information. Under Google Play's User Data policy and applicable privacy regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your card collections, custom decks, binders, wishlist items, and trade records will be permanently erased.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended & Instant)
- Open the MTG Collect app on your Android device.
- Ensure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
- Navigate to the Settings screen (or tap the More tab in the bottom bar, then select Account Settings).
- Scroll down to the Account Management section.
- Tap "Delete Account & Wipe Data".
- Confirm the prompt. Your user session, authentication credentials, and all cloud Firestore records will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request (If App Is Uninstalled)
If you no longer have the app installed on your phone or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request directly to our team:
- Send an email from your registered Google account to: ecogreenfaiskola@gmail.com (or support@mtgcollect.net).
- Use the subject line:
MTG Collect - Account and Data Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and display name in the message.

Requests sent via email are processed within 48 to 72 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent once completed.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Account Profile: User email, display name, profile avatar, and unique Firebase UID.
- Card Inventory: All saved cards, quantities (regular and foil), conditions, and purchase price history.
- Decks & Binders: All custom decklists, deck stats, and virtual binder structures.
- Social & Trades: Friend connections, trade proposals, trade logs, and shared public listings.
- Cloud Backups: Any cloud backup snapshots stored in Firebase Firestore or Cloud Storage.
What Data Is Retained?
None. We do not retain any personal or collection data after account deletion. Financial transaction receipts for Google Play subscriptions are maintained solely within Google Play Console as required by tax and accounting laws, but no personal card or usage data is kept by MTG Collect.

Az MTG Collect alkalmazásban biztosítjuk a jogot, hogy bármikor kérhesd fiókod és összes felhőben tárolt adatod végleges törlését.
Figyelem: A fióktörlés végleges és visszavonhatatlan. Minden mentett kártyád, paklid és cserenaplód azonnal törlődik a felhőből.
1. Törlés közvetlenül az alkalmazásból
- Nyisd meg az MTG Collect alkalmazást.
- Koppints a Beállítások (vagy Továbbiak → Fiók) menüpontra.
- Válaszd a „Fiók és adatok végleges törlése” lehetőséget, és hagyd jóvá a megerősítő ablakot.
2. Törlési kérelem küldése emailben (ha az appot már letörölted)
Amennyiben már nincs telepítve az alkalmazás a telefonodon, küldj egy törlési kérelmet a regisztrált email címedről az alábbi gombra kattintva:

Törölt adatok köre
A törlés kiterjed a profilodra, email címedre, kártyakollekciódra, mappáidra, paklijaidra, és minden szinkronizált felhőadatodra. Semmilyen személyes adat nem kerül megőrzésre.
